Candidates must have excellent Knowledge of networking concepts and ability to competently speak to peers, other IT disciplines, and end users. Good practical knowledge in network environments. Applicant must have outstanding skills in verbal and written communications.

Job Responsibilities
- Ability to articulate and be precise in written and verbal communications.
- Able to coordinate network project tasks and maintenance windows with user community, peer network staff, and Change Management team.
- Ability to work with vendors and be professionally assertive when required.
- Able to relate information to technical and non-technical users, peers and senior leaders.
- Able to process ITAM and MACD items, and coordinate maintenance windows with user community and Change Management team.
- Able to work in Remedy on a list of delegated requests and incidents that must be completed within a fixed SLA.
- Ability to assign Remedy tickets to peer staff based on resource availability and competency.
- Review performance metrics for circuits and equipment and proactively open and resolve issues when need arises.
- Provide documentation as required including Asset Management, Smart-Net, RMA processing, IP management, Visio network topology, and others as required.

Required Experience in following fields
1.     Candidates must have 1-2 years hands-on experience with Remedy or similar major ticketing systems.
2.     Candidates must have 1-2 years experience coordinating with end users and peers, preferably in multiple IT disciplines.
