Your Responsibilities: Dealing with US/ UK/ Domestic Clients.
Previous Experience : Prior experience in Customer Service industry not required.
About Process ; No sales. No Outbound Calls. Just proper Inbound Customer Service for Non Technical and Technical Process.
Required Qualification : Graduates, Undergraduates & Dropout
Working Location : Delhi / Noida.
Working Shift Timings : Day Fixed / Rotational (US/UK).
Working Days : 5 Days (Saturday and Sunday Fixed OFF / Rotational OFF)
Transportation Facilities : Yes (Both Side Cab) for International Process.
NO CAB available between 8am - 8pm timing. Reimbursement will be provided for metro travelling.
Salaries For the profiles/process:
Technical Process US/UK: 12k – 23k + incentives.
Customer Care Domestic/ UK: 12k – 21k + incentives.
Other Benefits: Internal Job Posting to Wipro Technologies and Infotech within 12 months possible.
