Plan Vs actual monitoring of preventive plan
To coordinate with maintenance for concerned area breakdown
Maintain critical spares of equipment
Plan AMC and contract revision as per defined frequency
Complete monitoring & control of ZLD operation
Control & monitoring of capital budget
Planning of modification & annual shut down activity
Coordinating with safety dept. for permits & safety related abnormalities
Consumption monitoring & C Measure for propane, water, power, PT/ED/ETP chemicals
Preparation and submission of monthly environment repor
