Planning and Budgeting Revenue (PxQ Model) & Costs
(Direct and Indirect)
Revenue forecasting Committed & Pipeline Analysis
Analysis of Variance (Actual vs. Plan, Trend Analysis,
Industry benchmarking, etc.)
Monitoring of KPIs Financial & Operating
Management Reporting Scorecard, Operating Metrics,
etc.
Decision Support: Pricing, Costing, Ad-hoc Assignments.
Soft Skills:
