Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports from SAP, BW,
HARP, SFDC to support the PPS CRR (Customer Research and Reporting).
2. Execute standard Business control reports in SAP (ZHPR) on a weekly basis and convert output to a presentable format.
3. Support Business Performance reporting including Renewal Exposure, NBQ win-loss rate and Renewal Quote Iteration rate.
4. Support execution of the monthly balanced scorecard reporting for PPS Customer Operations including Process, TCE and Compliance metrics.
5. Internal ad hoc reporting.
6. Participate in projects for process or quality improvements.

Good knowledge of HP operational processes.
2. Good Knowledge in core HP businesses and revenue cycle.
3. Good communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation).
4. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
